I did not have my car serviced on 6/9/25 I have been waiting on server since 5/22/25 my heads up unit went out for the second time. Now that they heads up you has came after 10 days I have to wait in line for the technician to finish up his other jobs but first of all they said they had no loaner car for me so that put me back in line for the technician. There was oil smudges on both fenders, doors, the interior arm rest and the consul. I asked while doing the tire rotation to have the wheel locks installed that should have been installed before taking delivery when new, they are still in the factory box. Personally when buying an $88,000 vehicle I expect better from the dealer.

I had paid for the vehicle in-full on September 29th and told the dealership I’d be there to pick it up on October 6th. Upon arrival at the dealership, the vehicle was dirty, scratched, dented, and charged to only 47%. While I was inside to sign the paperwork, the car went to detailing where it was mostly cleaned. I mentioned the car being scratched and dented to be told two different things. One guy wearing Crocs told me they’d get the bumper and scratched piece ordered and painted and sent to me. When I told him I wasn’t coming back from South Carolina for the parts to be installed, he mumbled something and walked away. Another guy then came out and told me they’d get the part painted and sent to me and issue a $250 check for the dented bumper. We spent THREE hours at the dealership. My husband picked his brand new car up at another Chevy dealership the same day in 45 minutes and had a completely different experience.

If you really want to know and read this, This is the third time dealing with your dealership. The first two times I was impressed and very satisfied. That’s when Kelly was working for you. This time made me decide not to use your services anymore. I supply my own oil, but purchase all my filters from you. Your technician did not put all the oil in. It calls for 10 Qts and he put 2gallons in it . I Was sitting in the service department watching and seen him only taking 2 gallons out of the box. Then he was changing my fuel filter and then got in my truck with oil latex gloves on and cranked the hell out of my truck! Being a technician you should know how much oil goes in to the vehicle that you’re working on and with a DuramaxDiesel you are supposed to purge the fuel system before you start it.Then your lift did not work and your service manager said it has not worked for about 5 months. Then they could not air up one of my tires. Never checked any of my belts,air filter and washer fluid. After seeing this and having to wipe the oil from the technician’s gloves off my door handles, steering wheel, tailgate latch and gear shift that’s when I decided never to use your dealership anymore.

The torque converter in my 2020 Silverado 1500 Trail Boss has gone out twice; the first time at 35K miles and the second time at 30k miles, both times before the manufacturers recommended flush at 45k miles. The first time it was under warranty and everything was handled nicely. The second time around General Motors didn’t want to warranty it, but the dealership service department said they would continue to try to convince General Motors if we were willing to pay for the flush and the labor totally $2k. We agreed. My husband called back on a Monday and the service department informed us that our truck was on the lift and next in line when in fact we hadn’t even received a confirmation call to bring our vehicle back to them and we were in that moment using our truck. So I still have a bad torque converter in my truck.

Brought vehicle in for an oil change. Representative brought me the air filter and said it was dirty. I replied that I would have my husband replace it himself. The next day after driving an hour to and from work, the truck went into limp mode and check engine light went on. When they put the air filter back in, it was put in incorrectly and they had drilled a screw through the filter. My husband corrected it and then brought it into another shop to have it checked to make sure they didn't screw anything else up.
